Service Description

Your doula package includes • One prenatal prep visit • One prenatal massage visit • Monthly prenatal drop-ins with topics such as baby-wearing, birth plans, breastfeeding, and more • Monthly prenatal relaxation and discussion classes • Use of an Aquaborn birth pool starting in week 37 for just $30 (up to $250 value) • Use and demo of a TENS machine, delivered at our second prenatal meeting • Birth and immediate postpartum and feeding support • Two postpartum visits • Monthly postpartum wellness and breastfeeding support groups • Unlimited phone, email and text support • Access to pregnancy, birth and postpartum resource library

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please choose one of the following options to avoid being charged for your session: 1. Call us or use the cancel/reschedule link that we email to you 24 hours or more in advance, or 2. Text or email us 48 hours or more in advance. Thank you.
